The Balmuna model is built from four principles: collective caretaking, sacred connection, centring identity and empowerment of voice, which guide each and every workshop. Our safety-guided discussions are carefully tailored to allow young mob and their youth service providers to grow, expand, discover, and embark on all areas of life.

Our youth participation training provides youth-specific organisations with an opportunity to engage and amplify our young mob, rather than simply seek advice.
Our highly skilled facilitators have over 7 years experience across youth advocacy, youth justice and strategy reform.
